Apricot Glazed Chicken

  • 1 cup Russian salad dressing
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt

Mix all together.

Arrange 8-10 chicken breasts in a shallow baking pan and marinate for a few hours or overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Turn chicken and baste twice. Serve and enjoy.
