- 4 (3-4 oz). fresh or frozen salmon pieces
- 1/2 tt. lemon pepper or fresh ground pepper
- 2 small oranges thinly sliced
- soy sauce
Place salmon on foil lined pan. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with soy sauce. Arrange orange slices on top and bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Easy and good. Even all the boys like it.
