Edna’s Cherry Refrigerator Dessert

  • 1 ½ C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 T. melted butter
  • ¼ C. sugar
  • 3 C. miniature Marshmallows.
  • ¼ C. milk
  • 1 C. whipped cream
  • ½ t. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs, butter, sugar, and press ½ the mixture into an 8”x8” baking dish. Combine marshmallows and milk on top of a double boiler until they melt. Cool.  Whip cream, add vanilla, and fold into cooled mix.  Spoon ½ over crumbs. Spoon pie filling over marshmallow layer. Top with remaining marshmallow mix and top with crumbs.  Chill. Makes 12 servings.
