Melinda Campbell
- 1 c. Red Grapes (chopped)
- 1 c. Green Grapes (chopped)
- 1 c. Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 c. Scallions or 3-4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 2 T. Fresh Lime Juice
- 4t Jalepeno Pepper (finely chopped and seeded)
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. Hot Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour then enjoy! I won a salsa contest with this at Margarita Night! Loved by all, but takes lots of time to chop everything!
