Fresh Summer Salsa

  • 1 c. Red Grapes (chopped)
  • 1 c. Green Grapes (chopped)
  • 1 c. Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 c. Scallions or 3-4 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 T. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4t Jalepeno Pepper (finely chopped and seeded)
  • 2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. Hot Pepper Sauce

Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour then enjoy! I won a salsa contest with this at Margarita Night! Loved by all, but takes lots of time to chop everything!
