A simply elegant side dish.
- 2 Pints cherry tomatoes
- ½ C. Bread crumbs
- ½ C. Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ C. minced chives or green onion
- ¼ C. minced fresh parsley
- ¼ C. C. olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Place tomatoes in a lightly oiled 2 quart baking dish in a single layer. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over tomatoes. Drizzle oil on top. Bake 10 minutes at 500 degrees.
