Homemade Noodles

So delicious Mom could have served these to the President or the Queen along with the cubed beef and crisp cooked onions she served with them.

Makes 6 cups or 10 ounces.

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • Beat in 3 T. cold water
  • 1 t. salt

Work in 2 sifted C. flour. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out as thin as possible. Roll between two towels
until partially dry. Roll up like jelly roll. With a sharp knife cut into ½ inch strips.  Shake out strips
to let dry before using or storing.
