- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trim stems
- 3 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 cloves fresh garlic
Parboil green beans 5 minutes in boiling water. While they are cooking, in a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, and sugar, then set aside.
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Place skillet on medium high. Add garlic and cook 45 seconds, then add beans and cook while stirring 2 minutes. Add set aside soy mix and cook and stir 2 more minutes.
Delicious and only 68 calories per serving! Serves 6.
