Editors note: What a great way to use up left over turkey! You could also toss everything with a bit of mayonnaise instead of using salad dressing.
- 3 C. cooked turkey
- 1 C. almonds (put through grinder)
- 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- ½ C. stuffed olives, chopped
- 5 small sweet pickles, chopped
- 2 C. celery, cut fine
- green or red sweet pepper
- ¼ C. sesame seeds
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- juice of one lemon
- Salad dressing
Cut the turkey into bite size pieces, and then add other ingredients. Mix and serve on lettuce leaves with your favorite dressing.
