Turkey Salad

Editors note: What a great way to use up left over turkey! You could also toss everything with a bit of mayonnaise instead of using salad dressing.

  • 3 C. cooked turkey
  • 1 C. almonds (put through grinder)
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
  • ½ C. stuffed olives, chopped
  • 5 small sweet pickles, chopped
  • 2 C. celery, cut fine
  • green or red sweet pepper
  • ¼ C. sesame seeds
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • juice of one lemon
  • Salad dressing

Cut the turkey into bite size pieces, and then add other ingredients. Mix and serve on lettuce leaves with your favorite dressing.
